Filipa Gomes Teixeira

Lawyer | Professional license no. 60097L

Filipa Gomes Teixeira is a Portuguese tax and private client lawyer, based in Lisbon, with more than a decade of experience advising individuals, families, entrepreneurs and family businesses on complex domestic and cross-border matters involving Portugal.

Tax law is the technical anchor of her practice. From that foundation, Filipa delivers integrated legal advice across private wealth structuring, succession and family planning, relocation and mobility of individuals, and the organisation of personal and family assets in an international context. Her work is focused on long-term planning, risk management and informed decision-making.

Her professional background combines experience in tax advisory and legal practice. She began her career in a Big Four firm, working in personal advisory services and international tax, and subsequently built a senior private client tax practice in leading Portuguese and international law firms, advising high-net-worth and internationally mobile clients.

Filipa founded f/Legal to offer a senior-led, relationship-driven alternative to traditional law firm models. She works directly with clients at all stages of each matter, retaining full responsibility and oversight from start to finish.

Her work is guided by discretion, confidentiality and professional responsibility, recognising trust as a foundational element of private client relationships.
